Cold Stone Creamery in Webster

The store needs to move to a more visible location. It's 'hidden' away in the plaza, otherwise the products are good especially the lemon sorbet.

On a hot busy night. There should be more then 2 workers. Waited in line for 10 mins before I just walked away. I'm over it, the prices aren't worth me waiting in line.

So much more than ice cream! This location is the best of all Cold Stones in the area. They not only have the custom ice creams, they also have a huge assortment of truffles, barks, other chocolates, fancy candied apples. They also carry dog biscuits and they have a puppy sundae as well, my dog loved it. Ps don’t forget to tip, they accept cash or tips on credit!

Love a good Cold Stone, but to be honest, I'm kinda surprised this place actually exists with Bruster's right around the corner. (Seriously, like less than an inch further south on the map).

Lighting is dark and the Open sign wasn't turned on, so we almost drove away. We decided to walk over and check and low and behold it was in fact open. Love the ice cream there!!

Placed an online order and when I went in to pick it up they were busy so I waited by the register and figure when they cashed somebody out they would help me nope I was wrong so after they made two other people's ice cream and cashed them out with me still standing behind them I finally raised my hand and said Hey I have an online order. So if you have a online order don't do the polite thing and wait just walk up to the counter and start yelling I have a online order or they will just ignore you

Like ice cream? You will love Cold Stone Creamery. This place is the real deal, you can get Oreo cookies or gummy bears (or a whole bunch of other yummy stuff) mixed in with any ice cream you want. They also sell chocolates which are to die for.

I love this place. My fiance loves ice cream, but I am not a fan...yet I still find myself asking if she wants to go get some cold stone haha. The chocolate candies they have are also primo! Definitely recommend this place if you haven't been!

Coldstone is the reason I'm fat.

Ice cream flavors are minimal, too soft, too small, waffle cone too big and hard and WAY over priced. The dark chocolate was not good at all. If it wasn't for the fact that I had a $10 gift card I would have walked out before I ordered.

Ordered the "Razzler Milklessshake" a house specialty. Received a milkshake with lemon sorbet. Asked attendent if there was dairy in it and she said yeah Milk as though there wasn't a problem here. I then explained our son has a dairy intolerence and we specifically ordered the item the had Milklessshake in it's name (and verified no dairy in ingredients). Glad we caught it or it wouldve been a very long s****y night.

Their products and employees are top notch. Too bad the location isn't the greatest. I could see them much busier in a better spot in the plaza.
